Electronic Newsletters / Generic Communications.

McGrath Maserati newsletters and generic information emails are ‘opt-in’ only. If you would like to receive emails from us please contact service@mcgrathmaserati.co.uk We will acknowledge your request via email with a link to enable you to select your communication preferences.

Third Party Marketing.

We will not share your personal data with any other companies, with the exception of Mailchimp, our Marketing Platform Provider.

Opting Out.

Disclosure of your information.

We may share your personal data with the parties detailed below for the purposes set out in the table above:

Transfer of Data outside the EEA.

We will not share your personal data with third parties, and as such your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

If you have chosen to ‘Opt in’ to receive our newsletter and generic email communications, we may transfer your data to our preferred Marketing Platform Provider ‘Mailchimp’ who are based in the US. ‘Mailchimp’ have certified their agreement with the Privacy Shield Frameworks which requires them to provide similar protection to personal data shared between Europe and the US.

All hard copy information you provide to us is stored and disposed of securely.
